Do we need a reservation?
No reservation is needed for everyday open play. Birthday parties and special events have separate arrangements; call us for details.
What ages is Joy Island Playspace for?
Our playspace is for children ages 8 and under. Adults must stay and supervise their children.
What should we bring?
Grip socks are required for children. If your child already has grip socks, there is no need to purchase another pair. Otherwise, grip socks are available for $3 at the playspace. Shoes are not allowed in the play area. Remove both socks and shoes before entering the sandbox.
Can we leave and come back?
Your unlimited day pass includes same-day reentry. Check with our team before leaving.
Is a waiver required?
A waiver must be completed before play. Ask our team for the waiver at check-in.
